Req: Number 14 (Nanoha Brainwashing)

Subaru Nakajima's green eyes slowly opened as she felt a strange sensation all around her. Was it...liquid? Though her vision was still cloudy and vague she felt like she was in some location she had never been to before. Lots of yellow...and...it was hard to see much else. What had happened? She tried to compose her thoughts.

The blue haired brawler had been chasing down the enemy force during an attack on Riot Force 6, that was still clear to her. She had chased them...right, then she saw her sister Ginga battered and beaten by the enemy. That's where everything became a haze. Subaru realized she must have snapped and lost control there since she couldn't recall anything else past that. But how did she get from that point to this one?

"It appears Number 14 is confused." a stoic female voice rang out. "Aww, she woke up? That makes things much harder." a more playful one sounded off right after. Subaru turned her head to the side and only now noticed that she could barely move her body. More than that, she was trapped in some kind of chamber? The woman realized that during that blank period in her memories she must have been captured by the enemy, that was the only thing that made sense.

There were a few girls around, some Subaru recognized by their blue armored bodysuits as members of the Numbers. They were the wicked scientist Jail Scaglietti's personal assault force and Subaru had clashed with some of them a few times. The two talking to them were a a purple haired woman with black pantyhose and a violet skirt over top, her chest covered by a white and purple outfit. With those gold eyes combined with her purple hair, she looked bizarrely like Jail Scaglietti himself...

The other was a brown haired woman in the typical Numbers bodysuit of varying shades of blue. She had a furred cape over top it and glasses over her eyes. "Greetings Number 14. I am Uno, and I will be leading your reeducation." the violet haired one said. By now Subaru had come to enough to know that this was all wrong. "No way! I'm gonna break out of this and save my sister, same plan as always!" she said with hotblooded energy.

The brown haired girl chuckled at that. "Yeah, good luck with that. Turn your head the other way." she remarked. Subaru did just that to see another chamber, this one with her sister inside. Long violet hair and a more mature body, but completely unconscious. "Sis! What have you done to her!?" Subaru shouted angrily, struggling against her bindings.

"Number 13 is undergoing the rehabilitation process. There are multiple modifications needed to bring you original models up to modern use." Uno stated plainly. These people already knew about Subaru and her sister's status as combat cyborgs, the captive should have guessed as much. "She's been nice and taking to the programming super well. So be a good girl like your sister or things might get painful, kay~?" the other girl suggested.

Subaru tried to think of what to do here. She was still dressed in her barrier jacket at least, a black top surrounded by a mostly white jacket with blue trim while a headband was around her head and short pants surrounded by a bit more white and blue cloth surrounding her bottom. Her weapon, the gauntlet Mach Caliber however, was no where to be seen and it felt like whatever weird liquid was around her it was draining her magical energy. In such a state, she was nearly powerless.

Long holographic keyboards appeared around Uno along with some screens, each one having a detailed analysis of the captive sisters. "We shall now begin. Do not resist." she said, pressing down on some of the keys. Subaru was about to retort back before she felt a painful shock course through her and yelled in pain. "Gah!" she moaned, sparks around her inside the chamber as her eyes shifted into a sharp amber color they took while she used her own cyborg abilities.

Along with the electricity surging through her however, Subaru could feel that there was something more there. In her mind she felt strange...thoughts? No, more like routines and commands. Battle tactics and control commands were being forced into her head, an experience made rather painful by her attempts to resist. "Jeez, didn't we tell you to be a good girl? You're just bringing this on yourself." the brown haired girl casually said as she watched Subaru's face with sadistic glee.

This was wrong, everything entering her head was wrong. Was her sister going through this process too? Then she needed to be strong and keep fighting. Teana, Nanoha, everyone else in the force was counting on her! She couldn't let herself be reduced to some mad scientist's lackey! "G-Gah...I won't...give...in...rrgh...ever!" she struggled to say. She was willful and even if her body couldn't act right now her resolved could fight back.

This strong resistance Subaru was putting up was rather annoying to Uno. She had a schedule to keep, everything needed to run optimally for plans to proceed smoothly. "Hmmm..." she said to herself while checking some data gained from scanning the girl's mind. "This should be an effective deterrent." she added before pushing some buttons on Ginga's screen.

The captive brawler heard some noises over beside her and turned her head once more to see Ginga's chamber emptying with the fluids and opening up. "G-Ginga!" a pained but happy Subaru said. Her smile soon turned to shock however as the woman got down and opened her eyes, a blank expression on her face and those amber eyes of hers devoid of emotion. "Number 13, reporting for duty."

Hearing Ginga say those words and seeing her loyally kneel to the enemy through Subaru completely off balance. Ginga was the best, how could she have fallen to this brainwashing? And if she could...Subaru's iron resolve was started to waver and she was now finding it hard to deny the forced programming flooding into her head. "Oooh, great idea Uno! That should put a dent in that precious little will of her's." the brown haired Number said as she walked over to Ginga to help her get in uniform.

All the while Subaru was fighting a mental war against the bombarding thoughts. Thoughts that she was a Number, a loyal combat cyborg of Jail Scaglietti. That her loyalties were there alone, with her old thoughts being pushed down and repressed. Teana, her best friend, was starting to feel like nothing but an enemy combatant. Subaru hated it, she hated these forced feelings and yet they were overwriting her like it was nothing.

She once against struggled to escape her bindings with no progress. "N-Nooo...let me out...let me out! I'm not gonna be your weapon!" she shouted. How much of her was even herself anymore? She couldn't recall. Training exercises and battle technique overwhelmed her connections with friends while her emotions were restrained tightly. Soon enough even her yelling stopped as her head slumped over, her eyes blank. Uno saw on the screen that resistance levels were minimal. She had been conquered at last.

To make sure, Subaru spent another hour within the reprogramming chamber before being let out as their new ally. "Number 14, reporting for duty." she said plainly, soon finding herself led to a changing area by her fellow Numbers. Her only allies. They helped her get out of her barrier jacket and into something more similar to their own outfits. Blue bodysuits, a pale color around the torso and a deeper blue around the limbs, with some armored sections in a color in between. The suit even extended up their necks and slightly onto their faces, and below the neck was a place where their number was designated. Subaru's suit had the roman numeral XIV there.

With her new outfit equipped and her gauntlet returned to her, Subaru returned to see Uno. Ginga was already there, their outfits identical save for the XIII on Ginga's and the headband Subaru still wore. The only reminder of who she had been originally. The duo knelt down before Scaglietti's second in command. "Excellent. All tests show that you are both fully functional." the purple haired woman said.

"The data we collected from you original types has been most useful as well. With it, we can go through with the Combat Cyborg assimilation project just as Dr. Scaglietti anticipated." Uno continued to explain. "As such, you two are to find suitable participants for such a project. Locate any members of Riot Force 6 you can and bring them here for conversion. Understood?" she asked. The sisters nodded without hesitation. They were ready to bring their former allies under control...

A few days later, Teana Lanster was searching through a destroyed area that had taken quite a bit of damage from the recent attack. The orange haired girl was Subaru's closest friend and she had refused to stop searching until she was found. She knew that she was supposed to stay close to the others while the force was repairing things but how could she just forget about her friend?

"Target confirmed as Teana Lanster." a familiar voice said. Teana turned around to see Subaru, clad in a Numbers uniform with Ginga at her side. "No way...Subaru...it can't be..." she said in shock as she took a few steps back, her guns pointed there way but Teana too shook to fire. She didn't want to hurt her friend...but then, what could she do?

The two began approaching and Teana decided she needed to do her best to win if she wanted to save Subaru. "I'll bring you back. I promise!" she said. "Engaging target." the two other girls said before dashing in quickly.

By the end of the day Teana was gone. Clad in a similar blue bodysuit to them was Number 15, orange hair styled in twintails and a high tech looking scouter around her right eye. She saluted to her new leader, the first of many combat cyborg experiments that would be staged as Uno began to organize Vita and Nanoha kidnapping missions. First the Stars team would be assimilated, then Lightning and soon enough the entirety of Riot Force 6 would be repurposed into Scaglietti's newest tool...
